Feeding Pets in our Community
CARMA established the 4 Paws Pet Food Bank in 2018 to help owners who could not afford to feed their animals.
Cat and dog food are available from our pantry located at Corrales Kennels 490 E Valverde Drive. Our Pet Food Bank hours of operation are: Tue, Wed, & Sat from 9 am-3 pm. Donations of dry, canned, and veterinary special diet cat and dog food are also accepted and can be dropped off in the bin outside the office.
Help for Pets and Their People
People are sometimes faced with the tough decision to buy groceries or feed their pets. Shelters are experiencing increased surrenders by those who are struggling to feed their pets. 4 Paws Pet Food Bank helps keep pets in their homes and enables their people to continue receiving the positive benefits of pet ownership for a healthier and happier life.
How You Can Help
4 Paws Pet Food Bank relies on donations to keep the shelves stocked. The increasing need in the community sometimes outpaces available food. You can help by dropping off a food donation or by becoming a financial sponsor. Ongoing contributions are welcome.
